How do I get the Holidays App?
The Holidays mobile app is available for download on the App Store or Google Play. Use the links to download the Holidays app.
How do I join the Holidays Pub Club?
Download the Holidays mobile app and click on Sign Up and create your account. It’s that easy. Every order placed on the mobile app, when signed in, will be automatically rewarded with Pub Club points.
To earn Pub Club points when dining in, please inform your server that you are a Holidays Pub Club member and write your phone number on your printed receipt. Your Pub Club points will be applied to your account using your phone number before the check is closed.
Please allow 24 hours for your Pub Club enrollment to be processed. Points and rewards will be earned on your next visit.
What rewards can I earn?
Joining = 50 points
Every $1 Spent = 1 Point Earned
Birthday = Free Drink or Dessert
100 points = $10 Off Your Check
Points are earned on every purchase*.
*Points are not earned on gift card purchases, loading gift cards, and 3rd party delivery services.
What is eGift?
You can send someone an eGift Card through our Holidays Pub & Grill app! Pick the amount and set a delivery date, and the recipient will receive their eGift in their email! This eGift can be used in-store and online.
Who is eligible for enrollment/rewards?
All guests who are at least 18 years old or older are invited to enroll in the Holidays Pub Club.
What do you do with the personal information I have provided?
Personal information is kept secure and will only be used according to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt out of the program communications, please visit your profile page on the mobile app to change your selections. You may also opt out of the program communications when you receive an email by selecting the unsubscribe link located in the email footer.
What is my Holidays Pub Club ID Number?
Your Pub Club loyalty card number is found in the Holidays App under My Account. This number is uniquely yours and is used to look up your loyalty information if needed.
Where do I see my loyalty points and available rewards?
You must be logged into the Holidays Pub & Grill app. The loyalty points and available rewards/deals are shown on the home screen of the app.
Do my rewards and Pub Club points expire?
Pub Club points do not expire. If a qualifying purchase is made, all eligible rewards can be applied on any mobile app, online order, or when the phone number is entered during a dine-in visit. Your rewards dollars are bankable.
Birthday rewards are available at the start of the month of your birthday and expire at the end of your birthday month.
What if I forget to provide my phone number before I pay my bill?
Currently we have no way to manually add points for purchases. Please be sure to share your phone number with your server before payment is made.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
Yes, you can redeem more than one reward per visit both in-store and online.
Can I order delivery on the Holidays Pub app?
Unfortunately, you cannot.
In Appleton, mobile app and online orders will be prepared and placed in the Holiday Hub for pickup. Pickup instructions will be sent via text message when the order is ready.
