Evergreen Bar
- On the upper level of our Appleton location.
- Space comfortably seats up to 135 guests but can open into Evergreen space to seat up to 225 guests.
- Able display video or presentations on one or multiple of its (13) HD televisions.
- Fully stocked wet bar for drink service.
- Flexible space that can be modified into several different layouts.
- Retractable glass wall opens into the Evergreen Room event space.

Private Event Catering
We can accommodate even the largest of groups and feature our own catering menu and catering packages that can be completely customized to meet your unique needs. In addition, we can provide full bar service upon request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Holidays does not charge for any event space. We do have minimum spends based on the size of the group. For any group over 6 guests there will be a minimum 18% gratuity.
These customizable buffets have a range in prices based on the options chosen and number of guests.
It varies by location and which event space is booked. Please refer to the detailed information included about each space.
The only item we allow as a carry-in would be a bakery/store bought dessert.
The patio is always open to the public and on a first come/first serve basis.
